This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for paid BotPM.ai subscriptions sold by Dritarr Inc. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service. Where you have signed an enterprise order form, that order form controls if it conflicts with this page.
Free plan and trials
The Free plan does not require payment and can be left at any time. Paid trials convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will receive at least one reminder email before any trial converts.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. You retain access until the period ends.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are billed up front. You may cancel renewal at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual purchase and have not used more than a nominal amount of AI cycles, we will issue a full refund on request. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but we will issue a prorated credit toward future BotPM.ai purchases at our discretion in cases of materially defective service.
Enterprise & Custom plans
Enterprise and Custom plans are governed by the executed order form. Cancellation, refund, and credit terms in that order form take precedence. Where the order form is silent, this page applies.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law (for example, EU and UK consumer withdrawal rights for B2C purchases). Most BotPM.ai purchases are B2B and those rights typically do not apply.
How to request a refund
Email hello@botpm.ai from the email address on the account, with the subscription identifier and a brief description of the situation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
