How it works
BotPM is not a generic chat layer on top of tasks. It is a PMBOK-shaped operating system: the same workflows your PMO expects, with AI that drafts, proposes, and executes only within the autonomy tier and rules you set.
End-to-end flow
Each phase hands context to the next — schedules, EVM, RAID, and governance stay connected instead of living in separate documents.
Structured charter and SOW capture — AI extracts scope, stakeholders, and constraints so execution starts from a single source of truth.
Schedules, dependencies, and cost baselines live in-product. The AI drafts and updates within your autonomy mode; humans approve where policy requires.
RAID, change control, EVM, and comms stay on rails. Routine work can flow in Operate or Lead; sensitive moves surface as proposals.
Closeout packs, benefits tracking, and lessons feed the next cycle — audit IDs and history stay attached for reviews.
Trust & Control
Modes differ by organization and project. Gates in the UI enforce what each role can action — nothing runs without the right permissions. Lead is the highest mode: maximum AI coverage, still bounded by entitlements and policies.

Insights, drafts, and recommendations without automatic tool updates or outbound sends. Best for discovery, read-only tenants, and teams that want proof before execution.
Assist plus routine execution for approved updates, workflows, scheduling, and status communication. Best once company templates, permissions, and thresholds are configured.
Everything in Assist and Operate, plus strategic proposals, escalations, and stakeholder narratives. Still bounded by subscription, enabled services, and org rules, with human approval where policy requires it.
PMBOK-native
BotPM aligns with familiar PMBOK knowledge-area themes — Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, and more — so your governance maps cleanly without forcing a textbook structure.
