AI Disclaimer

Effective date: April 25, 2026. BotPM may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate suggestions, summaries, plans, tasks, analysis, communications, classifications, recommendations, and other output ("AI Output").

1. AI Output may be wrong

AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, misleading, unavailable, or unsuitable for your use case. BotPM does not guarantee that AI Output is accurate, reliable, lawful, non-infringing, confidential, secure, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

2. Human review is required

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, approving, and deciding whether to use AI Output. You must not rely on BotPM or AI Output as the sole basis for decisions that may affect legal rights, employment, finances, safety, compliance, health, security, customer commitments, or material business operations.

3. No professional advice

BotPM does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, compliance, security, engineering, procurement, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making important decisions or using AI Output in regulated, high-risk, or consequential contexts.

4. Your content and instructions matter

AI Output depends on the information, prompts, settings, files, integrations, and context provided by users. Dritarr INC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or risks caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, unauthorized, or inappropriate user inputs.

5. Sensitive data

Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, confidential third-party information, trade secrets, credentials, payment card data, health information, biometric data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and your written agreement with Dritarr expressly permits that use.

6. Liability disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dritarr INC disclaims all liability arising from or related to AI Output, including your reliance on AI Output, your use of AI Output, your failure to review AI Output, and decisions, actions, losses, or claims based on AI Output.
