Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: April 25, 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to BotPM, including the BotPM website, application, software, AI features, integrations, APIs, and related services provided by Dritarr INC.
1. General rule
You may not use BotPM in a way that violates law, infringes rights, harms others, interferes with BotPM, exposes Dritarr INC to liability, or attempts to bypass the security, integrity, or intended operation of the service.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use BotPM to create, upload, transmit, store, facilitate, or encourage:
- Illegal activity or content.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, hate, or exploitation.
- Malware, phishing, scams, credential theft, spam, or deceptive communications.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
- Unauthorized surveillance, tracking, scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or profiling.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, copy, resell, benchmark, or develop competing services from BotPM.
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, access controls, security controls, usage restrictions, or payment controls.
- Content involving exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of minors.
- High-risk decisions without qualified human review.
- Any activity that may harm BotPM, Dritarr INC, other users, third parties, or the public.
3. Sensitive and regulated information
Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, confidential third-party information, trade secrets, credentials, payment card data, health information, biometric data, government identifiers, or information subject to special legal restrictions unless you are authorized to do so and your written agreement with Dritarr expressly permits that use.
4. AI-specific restrictions
You may not use BotPM or AI Output to:
- Make automated decisions that materially affect a person's rights, employment, finances, housing, health, or safety without appropriate human review.
- Generate professional advice where a licensed professional is required.
- Create deceptive, impersonating, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Misrepresent AI Output as human-generated where disclosure is legally required.
- Create or improve weapons, malware, evasion techniques, or systems intended to cause harm.
5. Enforcement
Dritarr may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, report unlawful activity, or take other action at its discretion and without liability where permitted by law.
6. Reporting
To report misuse of BotPM, contact support@botpm.ai with enough detail for us to review the issue.
